• Rescheduling & Cancellations: We appreciate at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your confirmed appointment.

As a patient scheduling care through our portal:

• You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information concerning your identity and medical queries.
• You are responsible for arriving on time for your confirmed slot. Late arrivals may result in delayed treatment or rescheduling.
• Any misuse, automated scraping, or spamming of the booking system is strictly prohibited.
